Wow, wow, wow! What more can I say? My car was looking a little rough, and I finally had enough when someone hit it while it was parked. I took my car to Jon at Premium Collision Center and I couldn't be happier with the work. Although my car is from 2018, it looks brand new again.

Working with Jon and the team was so smooth. They texted me all the updates and worked with my insurance. I wish I had a picture of how bad the door looked before, but you can see the amazing work they did in some of the other photos. I 100% recommend this place. Even though things didn’t turn out how I hoped with my car, Jon made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Huge shoutout to Jon (the owner) at Premium Collision Center. He was a tremendous help from start to finish. I was referred by a good friend after someone hit my parked car in a lot, and I’m pretty sure I owe my friend dinner because this place was a total win.

We went through insurance and Jon made the whole estimate and repair process super smooth. He communicated with me proactively the entire time. Honestly, he almost over communicated, which I genuinely appreciated. You don’t usually get that kind of updates and transparency from a body shop.

Jon got the OEM parts, and finished my car two weeks ahead of schedule. On top of that, he even did a complimentary fix on a deep scratch from a separate incident, which was above and beyond.

Jon, was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. I had a claim with progressive insurance and he pretty much took care of all the paperwork for me, which is was thoughtful because i am slammed with paperwork during my work day. Obviously, he did an amazing job fixing my ford raptor truck, good as new. I had extensive front damage.
